I work with people from all walks of life, honoring the unique stories, strengths, and challenges each person brings. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, identity exploration, relationships and family dynamics, self-esteem and confidence, and healing from trauma.
I offer an affirming, culturally responsive space, supporting LGBTQIA+ folx, neurodivergent folx, first- and second-generation Americans, multicultural couples, and nontraditional relationships. I work with clients across the lifespan, starting at age 11, and am committed to helping families strengthen parent–child relationships at all stages of life.
In sessions, I draw on collaborative, systemic, and strength-based approaches—but above all, I prioritize being a genuine, human presence. I believe the most meaningful growth happens when clients feel truly seen and connected, not just guided by a typical professional dynamic.
