I enjoy working with couples who seem to find themselves stuck in patterns of poor communication and conflict, the type where it feels like you just keep missing each other, and figuring out how we can switch into something that works better for everyone. I also enjoy working with individuals as they learn to better understand their strengths and improve their relationships.
I am a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person and enjoy processing the feelings people may have around learning about their own neurodivergence. Throughout my studies and career, I have focused on storytelling and the power that stories can have on our lives.
